The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) helps a lot of people in Michigan find housing. One of their most popular programs is the Michigan Down Payment, which helps qualified homebuyers, especially millennial first-timers, come up with the down payment. Our campaign is colorful, fun and upbeat. This is a great program in our great state, and we’re honored to get the word out.
